CONFERENCE FEES

€ 300 for regular attendees
€ 100 for students (with student card)
€ 150 meal fees (includes excursion and
conference banquet)

€ 40 scientific excursion fee only
€ 40 closing ceremony banquet only

€ 370 for late registrants (after June 1, 2011)
€ 150 for students registering late (after June 1, 2011)

Conference fees include: admission to all scientific
sessions, free entrance to the conference exhibition,
abstracts’ book, welcome reception and coffee breaks.

Meal fees include daily lunch and dinner,
scientific excursion including a meal at the excursion
and conference closing ceremony dinner party.

Note that all prices are in Euros (€). After paying the fees, please send proof of payment for the registration and/or meal fees to the Conference Organizing Committee at immc6.loc@gmail.com.

One day conference passes are available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you are unable to attend the Conference but have already paid the fees, please note you are eligible for the following refunds, based on the time of received cancellation and refund request (minus the bank fees!):
Before June 1, 2011 - 100% of total fees paid
Before July 1, 2011 - 70% of total fees paid
Before August 1, 2011 - 50% of total fees paid
IMPORTANT: Please note that after August 1, 2011 you are no longer entitled for a refund!
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
